Gold Plating
Gold plating is expensive but valued because it improves conductivity, appearance, resistance to corrosion and reflectivity. Gold is inert and does not oxidize. During gold plating, a thin layer of gold is applied to the surface of another metal using an electrochemical process. Gold is valued for its scarcity relative to other metals.
Gold plating ranges from 0.000007″ thickness as used in costume jewelery, and 0.0002″. Gold. You may have an alloy of gold, cobalt, and nickel.

Silver Plating

Brass Plating

Brass plating restores antique items that are scratched or have chipped paint. Antique items should be polished and lacquered before brass plating.
Copper Plating
Copper plating involves depositing a layer of copper on an item by way of an electric current.
Professional copper electroplating requires specialized chemicals and equipment to make a high-quality coat and better results. Copper mostly functions as underplating. It helps other deposits to have greater adhesion as well as higher electrical properties and achieving greater corrosion resistance.
When copper is the final deposit, it improves brazing, electrical conductivity, and thermal of the substrate. The finish can vary from bright to matte depending on our client’s needs. The range of hardness also varies, as does ductility.
